When I was doing high volume and someone asked me to hook them up or add a little extra I would always lie and tell them they weigh the bottles every night and someone just got fired for overpouring. 99% of the time that was the end of it. Then you have the people who order light ice but think it means more alcohol. It doesn’t and never has, but the people who assume this are usually quite young.
