Yep. I have 3 that all have different problems, and I don’t even play Bourbon The Glue Holding This 2020 Shitshow Together Shirt much. I do think Rocket League can be tough on one though. I bought the 4th refurb on eBay since my design lab one didn’t even get 6 months. Hoping the X ones are a bit tougher. I’ve had about 6 controllers since 2016. 2 are currently working. One with a broken left stick, one with horrible stick drift, one with broken shoulder buttons, one that’s completely dead/no power. Oh and the bottom chat adapter ports on all but one don’t work. This could also just move all the dust to one spot, so as you may have permanently fixed your controller.

Others might feel like theirs is fixed for a bit but then Bourbon The Glue Holding This 2020 Shitshow Together Shirt ends up worse. The only problem I’ve ever had is that occasionally it has trouble syncing to the console. Sticks are fine though, been using the same 2 controllers for at least 4 years and never had an issue. I’ve heard about issues with the Elite controllers though, mine are just regular ones. That was honestly why I didn’t give a crap whether either system’s controllers were forwards compatible. All my controllers develop so much wear after a few years, they need replacement anyway. Granted I don’t buy the Elite or third party specialty controllers, but still, just wasn’t really a deal-breaker for me.
